  This church is everything a church is supposed to be: a fertile place to love God and grow closer to Him, an incredible community to love other brothers and sisters, and the members have such a heart for those that have yet to know God personally.

  I was impressed with the friendly atmosphere. Three different people struck up conversations with me. The worship team was excellent and featured a variety of contemporary selections. The preaching was applicable to daily living (forgiveness). The congregation of approximately 100 people were primarily 20 to 40 years old (very young compared to most churches). Overall, I was very impressed with High Rock.

  This church is amazing. Never before have I met so many genuinely loving people in one place! When I first started looking for churches in Bloomington, I was intimidated, but the people at High Rock welcomed me in with open arms. The pastors preach the Bible in a way that's honest and challenging, yet full of grace. Worship feels super genuine too. The people in this church truly follow Jesus by loving Him and loving others. It's not just a Sunday thing. They're really doing everything they can to live out their lives according to Christ.

  Easily the nicest, most welcoming church experience I've ever had! The people are just real people doing real life together. And they are all about Jesus. I've found some great friends here and love that we are encouraged to plug in to one another to walk out the life of being a Christian together.

  I love this church! Not only do they have great coffee, but they also have a nice breakfast selection of fruit, bagels, and donuts! The best thing about High Rock Church is the people though. There seems to be someone for everyone. I love how the members of the church make it their mission to meet someone new every Sunday! The love for others is very genuine The best way to get plugged in to the church is by going to one of the several small groups that meet Tuesdays-Thursdays. I feel like that's where strong relationships are cultivated. I'm very grateful for the sound biblical teaching! Teaching that is aligned with the Word of God is conducive to spiritual growth. I see a lot of that at High Rock Church! Come and visit some time!! :) :)
